Security

Security is foundational to how we build Textalky — from account protection to how generated content and voice data are stored.

1. Encryption

All traffic between your browser and Textalky is encrypted in transit via TLS. Stored content, including generated media and voice samples, is encrypted at rest.

2. Account protection

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We support strong password requirements and are rolling out multi-factor authentication across all plans.

3. Access controls

Internal access to customer data is role-based and logged. Only authorized staff can access production systems, and access is reviewed regularly.

4. Infrastructure

Textalky runs on reputable cloud infrastructure providers with independent security certifications, physical security controls, and redundancy across regions.

5. Voice & likeness protection

Voice cloning and avatar features require explicit consent flows and are restricted to content you're authorized to use. We monitor for abuse of these features under our Acceptable Use policy.

6. Responsible disclosure

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@textalky.app — we investigate every report and appreciate responsible disclosure.
