Terms of Service

Textalky grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the studio for lawful purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

You're responsible for the content you generate, upload, or train models on, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage quotas (writing words, voiceover characters, visual credits, transcription minutes) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may not use Textalky to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without consent — including unauthorized voice cloning of someone else's likeness.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy or that attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you create using Textalky, including generated text, audio, images, and video, subject to the underlying model providers' usage policies.

We do not claim ownership over your outputs and do not use your private content to train shared models — see our Privacy Policy for details.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party AI provider outages may occasionally affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time; content associated with a closed account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
